Wheal Remfry China Clay Pit

Fraddon, St Enoder, Cornwall, England, UK

Wheal Remfry is a china clay pit worked since at least 1928, which occasionally produces mineral specimens.

Mindat lists 17 minerals from the site, including biotite and tourmaline.

It is still worked for clay and kaolin, and presumably further pockets of mineralisation may be found over time.
