Ting Tang Mine

Ting Tang Mine was a copper and tin mine worked in the early 19th century.

Mindat lists over 40 minerals from the site. Of particular interest to some may be the radioactive minerals from the site, including torbernite and meta-torbernite, uraninite, and zeunerite.

Some older specimens may also be listed as Ting Tang Consols.

Ting Tang Mine was worked as part of the West Clifford United sett of mines, which included Ting Tang, Wheal Moyle, and Carqueen Mine.

A 1987 play by Nick Darke was called Ting Tang Mine, set in a Cornish mining community.
