Mixed Tigers Eye

These pieces are a mixture of the colours of Tigers Eye, typically caused by heating, inclusions or irradiation in uneven amounts – one side forming hotter than the other, for example, or forming with more iron in one area.

They are often a combination of blue and gold, or sometimes red and gold.
