As with a lot of the material from this region, the locale is simply listed as Skardu, rather than any specific mine.

A range of colours - typically dark green to black, but occasionally with a dark blue tip on some of the crystals.

Some of these pieces do have minor Quartz or feldspar alongside the tourmaline.
