Very nice micromount specimen of calcite and quartz from Burtree Pasture Mine, County Durham.

• #1 - this specimen was part of Roger Harkers collection and has three of his labels on. It is mounted with glue and can't be removed to be measured fully. The labels are glued to the box; one was loose and has been re-attached with a conservation grade tape. Some interesting names on this specimen - Ex. Roger Harker, R.J. King, M. E. Smith collections - earliest date on the label is 1947.
