Other than having the most fantastic name of any mineral collecting locale I’ve ever heard of, Total Wreck is a fairly standard American ghost town.

It was inhabited between 1879 and 1890, perhaps until 1900 or so. By 1884, the mines had produced over five million dollars of silver bullion.

The Total Wreck mine produced a range of mineral species, including a range of lead and silver minerals.
