White Calcite Rhomb Specimens

Milky to white Calcite rhomboid specimens available in a few different sizes. In some cases, these pieces may be fluorescent.

Collectors may be interested in a single stone as a display item - as there are several colours of Calcite, they can make an interesting display.

Calcite is a reasonably soft mineral so should be stored with care. These do often have some scratches or edge damage and are excellent for demonstrating Calcites susceptibility to acids - placing a drop or two of vinegar onto the surface will cause visible bubbling within a few seconds.
