Nice small specimen of sphalerite on siderite from the Coed-Ely Colliery, Wales.

#1 - This specimen was part of Roger Harkers collection and has three of his labels glued to the perky box it comes mounted in. One had detached and has been stuck back on with a conservation grade tape. The Sphalerite area covers approximately 1/3 of the face of the specimen.

The specimen is mounted with glue into the box. Ex. Roger Harker, M. E. Smith collections.

This is a small piece, and high magnification is recommended - 10x or so should do.
