Silky green velvety Malachite specimens on a red-brown ironstone matrix from Bou Beker, Morocco. A classic Moroccan locale and one familiar to many collectors.

The red matrix rock contrasts rather nicely with the dark green Malachite. I find its best to display these silky/velvet-like Malachite pieces somewhere you can shine a light at them to show off their luster.
