Chrysocolla Cabochons
Brilliant blue green Chrysocolla cabochons, currently available in two grades. These are a really good grade - you'll struggle to find better at this price point. These cabochons are sold singly.
Obviously, these aren't purely Chrysocolla, which is a blue-green to blue colour. The cabs often have some Malachite (green) and potentially other copper ores in too. They are sometimes treated with dye, but not heavily.
These pieces are perfect for larger rings and necklaces, but may be a little too big for most earrings; except perhaps statement earrings. A good size for inlaying into wood, too!
Chrysocolla is a copper ore and should be considered toxic if ingested so please keep it out of the reach of children and animals.
Because Copper ores can be potentially toxic, we do not recommend placing these stones in a fish tank or aquarium. No special handling is required; just wash your hands if handling the stones for a long time.
