Beryl crystals and fragments
Crystals and fragments of crystals of Beryl, mostly showing off a decent hexagonal form. Beryls most famous varieties are Emerald and Aquamarine; however, while these crystals may have a pale green or blue colour to them, they are not a gem trade, and have limited if any transparency.
Our current stock includes a range of Zambian beryl crystals:
- Various sized crystals and fragments from Zambia, typically a brown, green, yellowy-green, or a blue-green - possibly leaning towards being Aquamarine, but with next to no transparency. These have been chosen as they show off the hexagonal barrel shape of the Beryl crystal well, or because they have another interesting feature such as an inclusion or patch of good colour.
- 100 gram mixed packets of crystals and fragments from Zambia, opaque to translucent and a poor brown, green, yellowy-green, or a blue-green colour. A real mixed bag, containing pieces from 5MM to 50MM long. Typically contains 15-30 pieces.
