Gorgeous and rare Aura Geodes measuring around 60-80MM each.

These stones are a clear Quartz geode coated with a metallic film to give it an unusual iridescent effect. This is a man-made engineering process, not a natural process.

The metals used in this process can be quite rare and expensive - gold, titanium, platinum, silver etc. You can find more information on the process in the Wikipedia article linked at the bottom of this page.

These geodes are pretty hard to find, and typically quite expensive. Because of that, we do not offer any packet discounts on these. We're hoping to be able to offer more colours soon - the current colour is known as "Celestial".

The pictures you see here are representative of the products and are usually not the exact item you will receive. Where various grades are available we do try to photograph each grade - but some photographs are still on their way!
