Waterbank Mine
Back of Ecton, Ecton, Wetton, Staffordshire Moorlands, Staffordshire, England, UK
Waterbank Mine was worked between the 1730s and 1891, primarily for copper, lead, and zinc minerals.
It is possible Waterbank Mine was operated as one of the Ecton Mines, but I can’t find too much information – most of the references are simply to the ‘Ecton Hill Copper Mines’ rather than specific locales.
