Clevedon, North Somerset, England, UK

Clevedon beach is a beachfront and a SSSI – collecting is now restricted. It produces a range of mineral specimens from barium, copper, lead, and zinc mineralisation.

Showing the single result

The site produces around 30 mineral species according to Mindat, including lead and copper ore minerals.

It is a sand and pebble beach – secondary minerals are often found in situ or as rounded pebbles on the beach. Collection is restricted though, as the site is a SSSI.
