Selenite specimens from the UK
Crystalline pieces of Selenite from the UK. These pieces are 'as found', with the mud rinsed off.
They could be cleaned up a little with a toothbrush, but Selenite is an extremely fragile mineral and could be dissolved or damaged very easily.
Our current stock includes:
- Various sized pieces from the Isle of Sheppey, Kent, UK. Often heavily water rounded.
- #1 - 66.5x29.5x22.6MM, a lovely well defined crystal from an unknown locale in Chickerell, Dorset - possibly Chickerell Brick Pit.
