Rough Black Tourmaline specimens
An interesting range of rough Black Tourmaline specimens, available in a few different sizes.
All of these pieces are "off matrix", meaning they are no longer in the original host rock they were found in.
The larger pieces may be suitable for some basic lapidary work; the smaller pieces would be perfectly suited to rock tumbling, too.
Tourmaline has always been very popular with mineral collectors; although black is the most common colour. Because it is more common, you're able to get comparatively large pieces for your money.
We sell full terminated crystals, partial crystals, and fragments too. The terminated crystals are a mix of single and dual terminated.
We also sell single pieces that were specially chosen sometimes:
- #1 - 36.2x14.7x13.5MM: a nice lustrous black crystal with a hint of pink at the end too!
- #2 - 28.8x27.6x20.5MM: a nice cluster from Erongo, Namibia
