Pretty nice polished Malachite slices, a fine way to show off the mesmerising swirls, bands, and formations of colour within the stone.

The polish does add something to the piece; some forms of Malachite can be quite dull in their rough form (although, still popular with collectors!).

Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral typically used as an ore, or for jewellery, mineral collections, etc - the green colours make it really rather collectable.
