Fossil Crinoid Stems

Fossil Crinoid stems are often found in gravel and other common stones. These pieces are a better grade overall, though, rather than just being the impressions that are usually found in harder stones.

These Crinoid fossils are sold in two different sizes. Obviously, as natural fossils they vary in size, shape, thickness, and colour. It all depends on the creature itself, and the stone it was found in. Often, these pieces come from Morocco.

As affordable fossils, they are popular gifts for children.
