Common Chondrite (NWA) meteorite specimen in 'story box'

Small display cases with genuine specimens of the common Chondrite meteorites, and a few paragraphs of information about them. The 'NWA' in the title isn't referring to the rap group, but to "North West Africa", referring to a large meteorite strewnfield which is often collected on by nomadic peoples of the area.

The specimens are quite small, measuring approx 10-20MM long, and are tacked into a small display box. The boxes can be opened, but for those with kids, it would be easy enough to glue the box shut, or tape it shut, preventing access to the contents.

They come with a piece of paper with a few paragraphs of information about the meteorite, written by someone with better writing skills than me. 🙂
