Heat treated Amethyst points, often missold as Citrine. These make nice study pieces, as the Goethite and Amethyst will both have changed due to the heat.
These gemstone points make a great gift for fans of orange, or gemstone collectors in general. At this low price point, they make a great step into gemstone collecting, if you are just starting out.
These Citrine pieces are heat treated Amethyst; they are not naturally occurring Citrine, but are commonly sold as such.
We currently have a special piece in stock:
- #1 - 45.4x39x29.4MM - a cluster of distinct points with plenty of Goethite and some clear to white Quartz crystals.
