Amethyst specimens from South Caradon mine, a copper mine on Caradon hill, which was once one of the most productive copper mines in Cornwall.

British Amethyst is relatively uncommon so it is always nice to see a specimen from these shores.

• #1 - 43.7x41.5x22.6MM - amethystine Quartz infill of a void in rock; minor Chalcopyrite crystal at one end too.
