Sligachan Quarry

Sligachan, Isle of Skye, Eilean á Chèo, Highland, Scotland

Sligachan quarry is a former basalt quarry with occasional areas of mineralisation.

The quarry produces a range of mineral specimens, whenever it goes through areas of mineralisation.

Mindat lists ten minerals from the site, most of which are micro in size.
