Our wooden bead mixes are just that - mixed bags of wood beads! They come in various colours, sizes, and shapes. We sell these beads in 10 gram packets.
They can range from small beads to much larger ones - it is a random selection.
Every packet is different, but obviously, they do have to be sourced from somewhere. This means if you purchase 1KG at once, you'll likely have a lot of similar beads.
A lot of these beads are from recycled jewellery, or 'bead sweepings' - the pieces that fall off beaders benches, or drop down in factories.
However, they are cleaned thoroughly with an ultrasonic cleaner, and we check for breakages too (although the odd one or two may slip through).
