Turquoise Cabochons

A lovely cut of natural Turquoise cabochons, perfect for jewellers. These tiny stones are ideal for rings, earrings, pendants, or anything else you like!

Now, Turquoise is often faked - it is entirely understandable to question the authenticity of these too. We do test each batch of cabochons 🙂

Our stock of these items is quite limited - they are sold singly and we may not be able to source any more in this price range.

Turquoise is a very fragile stone, and almost all of it has been stabilised with a resin to make it stronger.

We sell two types of Turquoise cabochons:

• natural Turquoise that has been dyed to enhance the colour then stabilised with resin.
• natural Turquoise that has been resin stabilised, but not dyed.

Please note at smaller sizes these cabochons tend to be quite thin - consider them more for inlay than for setting.

Both types are natural Turquoise - just the first one naturally did not have much colour and has been dyed.
