Various parcels of Oregon Sunstone for sale – perfect for faceting practice or cab cutting.
Oregon Sunstone is an interesting form of Labradorite which takes its yellowy-orange colour from Copper inclusions inside the stone. These can lead to a patterned ‘spotted’ schiller in the stone, as well as rainbow colours or a lattice type effect.
Our current stock includes:
- #1 – a parcel that is just a hair under 50ct, around 49.5ct and contains 15 pieces. These are relatively small but of good clear quality, mostly eye clean or VS. They have no visible schiller and are quite a pale yellow-orange, and would be ideal for faceting practice.
