Pyromorphite from San Andrés Mine, Espiel, Córdoba, Andalusia, Spain

Lime green specimens of pyromorphite, an important ore of lead.

These are small specimens which will make a nice 'thumbnail' piece. I recommend magnification for viewing the crystals well.

Toxic mineral: pyromorphite, contains lead. Reasonably safe, just wash hands after handling.
