Australian Mookaite necklaces

Mookaite necklaces, made with chip beads cut from the interesting multicoloured material. Mookaite is often sold as a jasper but this is minerallogically incorrect.

We are currently aiming to build up our stocks of ‘chip necklaces’ before moving onto more exotic shapes; however, there are sometimes round beaded necklaces too.

Our current stock includes:

• Single tied strands of Tourmalinated Quartz chip beads measuring 80CM/32" approximately. These are intended to be worn over the head and do not have a clasp or stretch. They are shown doubled over on our wooden bust, as it is a lot smaller than a regular humans neck - but they will not be long enough to double over on you.
• 18" chip beaded necklaces with a lobster clasp - these do not have an extender chain.

Our range of necklaces are not elasticated, and come in specific sizes. Please check the length and how the necklace will sit with a piece of string cut to the length we sell.
Please note that a 16” necklace is 16” in total, and will hang approximately 8” from the back of your neck.
