Larvikite palmstones

Flashy Larvikite palmstones, cut from the well-known Norwegian feldspar. Larvikite is sometimes confused for Labradorite or Moonstone, but doesn't have such a wide range of colours - the flashes in Larvikite are typically a muted white, grey, or blue.

Larvikite has been used as sea defences around the UK, and can be found cladding the walls of some prominent buildings in large cities. At home, some may have a worktop made from it (don't look at me, mines a plastic veneer...)

Palmstones are a flat stone intended to be held or rubbed for reiki or crystal healing.
