Cut and dyed Agate geodes and nodules

These are cut and dyed Geodes, which were ordinary Agate geodes before they were cut in half and then treated with dyes.

The most common colours are purple, blue, and pink, but there are occasionally green, red, or yellow pieces - sometimes other colours too.

These make quite nice pieces, for those who like brighter colours.

We do not recommend putting these geodes in a fish tank or aquarium - it is possible that the dye may leach out in minute quantities if soaked in water.
