Specimen pieces of fossiliferous red chalk from Hunstanton, Norfolk. These are from the famous Hunstanton red Chalk formation and can often occur with Quartz or Calcite.
Two types:
- Random picks, various sizes, have at least one fossil in - bivalves, brachiopods, undetermined shells, belemnites are common. Mostly fragments, some semi complete.
- Random picks, various sizes, have a Quartz vein or two. No visible fossils, or very small fragments only.
