Hunstanton Red Chalk specimens

Specimen pieces of fossiliferous red chalk from Hunstanton, Norfolk. These are from the famous Hunstanton red Chalk formation and can often occur with Quartz or Calcite.

Two types:

• Random picks, various sizes, have at least one fossil in - bivalves, brachiopods, undetermined shells, belemnites are common. Mostly fragments, some semi complete.
• Random picks, various sizes, have a Quartz vein or two. No visible fossils, or very small fragments only.
