Low grade Aura Quartz points for gemological study.

These pieces are of a very low grade and are not for collectors. They are for study only - or as pieces to demonstrate to your customers exactly what an 'aura coating' is. I am keeping the price low, as ordinarily, I would not be selling these but they do make a useful study object.

The coating is peeling off these pieces, or they have blank patches. With a light shining directly through them you can clearly see the clear Quartz and the coating separately. You can easily sand the coating off too.

The metals used in this process can be quite rare and expensive - gold, titanium, platinum, silver etc. You can find more information on the process at the Wiki page for 'Aura' metal coated crystals.
