Verdite Palmstones

Small Verdite palmstones, measuring between 20-40MM approximately.

The shapes, sizes and thicknesses of these pieces can vary quite a bit. However, these palmstones tend to be slightly smaller than the average ones we sell.

Verdite is a nice dark green stone that looks similar to Nephrite Jade. It has been used in African art for hundreds of years, as the primary deposits are found in Zimbabwe.

It isn't an especially popular stone in the UK and is rarely sold in palmstone form as far as we can tell.
