Goethite and Calcite from Clearwell, Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire

Specimens of Goethite and Calcite from Clearwell, Gloucestershire.

I suspect these are from Old Ham Mine, or at least the greater Clearwell Caves; unfortunately the provenance doesn't state this specifically - it only said "Clearwell", an area which contains numerous mineral localities.

Interesting specimens, anyway, especially the larger piece - almost stalactitic.
