Specimens of Caledonite from Bönkhausen, near Arnsberg, Germany.
Caledonite is an uncommon secondary lead and copper mineral named after an ancient name for Scotland (Caledonia), where it was first discovered.
We currently have a single piece in stock:
- #1 - 23.7x20x20MM - a nice piece, magnification is definitely required to see the caledonite well. A small area shows two small crystals within a complex matrix of multiple minerals.
