A former series of quarries near the town of Kandivali, now closed; it appears the site is now housing.

Also sometimes known by a few other names, including Kandivalia Quarry or Kurar Quarry. These may be older names from before the quarry was larger, and they eventually merged together.
The quarries supplied a phenomenal amount of quality zeolites, especially Okenite, a velvety ‘pompom’ like mineral.
Mindat lists 25 mineral specimens from the site, including various zeolite group minerals like gyrolite, mesolite, and okenite.
The site is now completely covered over as far as I can tell; there is housing built over the site on the maps.
