El Aila (La Lastra)

El Aila (La Lastra) is a small locale in the cliffs of Laredo, an outcropping with mineralisation that produces a few mineral species.

Minerals found at the site include baryte, calcite, celestine, dolomite, pyrite, quartz, and sulphur – however, most collectors will be most familiar with the celestine from the site, which can occur in decently sized pieces.
