Phenakite

Phenakite is a beryllium silicate occurring as transparent to translucent crystals or crystalline fragments.

It is reasonably hard, and can be used as a gemstone, where it is often sold faceted. Even when not gem quality, it is valued for its durability and status as a classic beryllium mineral.
