Glass mineral mounting standoffs/risers

Micro/thumbnail mineral mounting standoffs / risers made from glass - currently only sold in a single style.

Standoffs are used to raise specimens off the base of boxes, to allow you to magnify the details more easily when using a microscope or similar. You can use glue or mineral putty to mount your specimens.

These are a new product for me - typically people used to use dowels or cocktail sticks, but I thought I'd offer some more decorative options.

We sell a single type currently:

• #1 - 12x6.6MM - an unusual shape, bit like a finger bone. Sold as packs of 10. Hole is approx 1-1.5MM, and helps the putty key in.
