Fossilised ferns from Mazon Creek, Illinois, USA on a stone matrix. This area is a world famous locale for fossils, with some incredibly detailed fossils being found there.

Some of these specimens are Pecopteris, but there may be other species in there too.

Available in two sizes, currently. These are fern pieces, not complete leaves, but maybe one day!

As a rule, there is more than one fern plant on each piece of matrix. You'll see a fair few different plants on each piece.
