Indian Mountain
Cherokee County, Alabama, USA
Indian Mountain is a mountain area in the Appalachian trail, primarily known for a large ATV park and an exposure of various minerals, particularly of interest to micromineral collectors.

There does not seem to be much mineralogical information on this site available online.
I was able to find some sublocality names, including Highbluff Limonite Bank and Mosquito Pit, although exactly where they are located is a little trickier.
The ‘Indian Mountain’ area covers several areas
- Cherokee County, Alabama
- Floyd County, Georgia
- Polk County, Georgia
However, the known mineral exposures are within Cherokee County, Alabama.
