The mine was operated between 1965 and 1982.

Mineral collectors visited the site and collected specimens from the spoil sites and the crusher area. The spoil sites are now grassed over and the crusher area is concreted over – so it is likely minimal specimens from the site will come to market going forward… however…
As of 2024 the site has been purchased by Europa Metals, who are planning to conduct further mineral explorations for zinc, lead, and silver. They are also looking to recover metals from old mining waste.
It is possible further explorations may bring further specimens!
Mindat lists 94 minerals from the site, including good specimens of anglesite, azurite, cerussite, malachite, olivenite, pharmacosiderite, and scorodite.
As many of the specimens were recovered from spoil or a crusher site, it is likely the majority will be quite small, and primarily of interest to micro mineral collectors.
