Bogala Mine
Bogala, Kegalle District, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka
Bogala Mine (බොගල ග්රැෆයිට් පතල) is an active graphite mine in Sri Lanka.
Showing the single result
The mine produces good quality graphite, with the carbon percentage ranging from 85 and 99.9%.
Not much else to say, really – the mine pretty much only produces graphite; it is not the most popular locale amongst mineral collectors but there are some older specimens still floating around from time to time.
