Barruecopardo Mine

Barruecopardo, Salamanca, Castile and Leon, Spain

Barruecopardo Mine is a large open cast tungsten mine in the west of Spain.

It was closed in the 1980s, but reopened as of 2019.

Tungsten minerals found at the site include Ferberite and Scheelite.

Mindat lists 15 mineral species from the site.
