Wavellite specimens from Tom's Quarry, formerly known as Tom's Phosphate Quarry.

The Wavellite from this site consists of white acicular groups on matrix - needle-like crystals. Likely with minor Crandellite.

Magnification is highly recommended for this specimen. It would also benefit from being mounted in a new box, but the old box it comes in does have an old collectors labelled reading "Wavellite - Toms Phosphate Q - Ex HC 10.95"; presumably dating the specimen to 10/1995. The 9 could also be a 7, it is difficult to read.
