Pyroxmangite specimens from the former manganese mine known as Mina Serrana, near El Molar.

Pyroxmangite is a pink manganese bearing mineral which can easily be confused with rhodonite, and they may occur together - however, pyroxmangite is the high pressure low temp pseudomorph.
